Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives and build our brand presence. You’ll own campaigns, manage content, and optimize funnels to attract and retain customers. This is a hands-on role with room to shape strategy and make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across email, social media, content, and paid channels.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end: planning, execution, analysis, and optimization.
- Collaborate with our product and sales teams to create messaging that converts.
- Track KPIs and generate reports to guide decision-making.
- Experiment with growth hacks and new channels to scale acquisition.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing or growth roles.
- Proven track record in email marketing, content, social, and paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with SaaS or e-commerce tools is a plus.
